
Refund Policy
Although we are sad to see any athlete go, we do understand that unforeseen issues may arise after registering your athlete. In that case, we offer a full refund as long as the registration is canceled in writing to the Camp Director by no later than July 15, 2013. After this date, no athlete’s tuition cost will be refunded due to cancellation or being excused from the camp. Once a camper checks in to Hoop Farm, refunds for days not attended will not be provided.
